The place has a good location

En general todo muy bien tanto el alojamiento, su ubicación e anfitrión.

Por decir algo aunque ya lo sabíamos que no tiene ascensor.

Very nice location, about 30-35 mins walk to most important city-sights. Enough space for 4 adults (not more) and 4 children. Closeby to restaurants/fast food/street food and cafe's/bars. Very clean, renovated, equipped kitchen. 1 bathroom plus 1 small wc. Very big living room with high ceiling. Gives a sence of another era.

1) It was not mentioned in the description that the appartment is on the 3rd floor of a high ceiling building without elevator, meaning climbing the equivalent of almost 5 to 6 floor stairs to reach the appartment. 2) Chairs & standard table missing from the kitchen (only 2 instead of 8). 3) Armchairs & sofas for 8 people are missing from the living room. Even an armchair shown in Booking photos was not there, thus only 2 persons had sitting places on the sofa. 4) Needs some maintenance. 5) Basic kitchen goods are not provided, such as oil, spices, aluminum foil, baking paper, paper napkins etc. 6) The overall condition of the building is rather poor.
