Location, easy check in, quick response of agency

There were only two (high) chairs and a small table in the flat. In general the flat lack utensils, had very few pans for cooking. The tv was not working but this was not fixed despite we asked many times the agency to help with this. Flat not very clean.

Spacious Apartment in a strategically excellent location. In the middle of the party district - signs of which you can see everywhere on the street in the morning :-). Beds were very comfortable and the price reasonable, even for a small family (4 people) in this big apartment. In order to be perfect though...

...the place could be cleaner. Especially mopping the floor (wet) would help. Socks got very dirty after walking around. And there was a ton of plates, glasses, forks and spoons - but no knives (or we didn't find them). Washing machine worked, but we had to find the valve (under the sink) first and tweak it in order to get the water flowing. Still - we would come back!

It was a great location, and the house was clean—I loved it. However, the problem was that it had too many stairs, and this wasn’t mentioned. Due to the high ceilings, it felt like climbing six floors of stairs.
