"Exceptional"

Beautiful location, story of the property is lovely, was like being a guest in a family member's home. Wish we'd noticed the outside toilet sooner. Never seen so many utensils and cooking equipment etc in a holiday home.

Location, Décor and comfort of the house - it was like being in a beautiful home and not a clinical self catering house.

The icing on the cake would have been if there was another bathroom or at least a toilet/powder room as sometimes with 5 people there was just a bit of juggling going around.

"Like you’ve been leant a house for the weekend by a good friend"

Awesome house, beautifully furnished with everything you could possibly need. I visited with my two adult sons for a weekend of mountain biking. Perfect location for Penmachno and the Marin trail. Phil was the perfect host, very keen to ensure everything went smoothly.
