"Exceptional"

A lovely house, very comfortable, with everything you need. Location much better than we thought. Not too far from town and there is a beautiful walk into town along the river, crossing by the Miners’ Bridge. Easy car parking on the property.

Everything. It is an amazing house in amazing surroundings. The house is beautiful, clean, cosy and very special.I t has everything you need for a perfect vacation. Its location is perfect. Phil is very helpful and answers quickly for any question or concern you might have. Simply put, a perfect place.

"A lovely family holiday home."

Eagles View was a very warm and welcoming property. Loved waking up to the sound of a waterfall and views of the pine forests. We loved the walk from the property along the river into Betws Y Coed.

There wasn't really anything that we didn't like.

"Delight"

What a beautiful house, set in a picture perfect location! The sounds of a flowing brook next to the garden, alongside a gushing river just across the road made our stay even more delightful. Cosy and clean interiors, felt like "home to home" and Phil was ever so helpful and kind, throughout our stay. I will definitely be booking again. Thankyou

"It is very family friendly cottage with smell of freshness"

Once we stepped inside the house, we felt so warm, cosy, clean and well-coming.There is a spacious driveway and nearby brook that is beautiful. All supplies were readily available within the cottage and the conservatory was the loveliest room that we spent most of our time in! Phil was very helpful and the instructions for the house were clear. Highly recommend.
