Location and price

Front desk was rude & made me wait until he took a break on his labtop sitting in the lobby with us until I had to remind him we were waiting..Bathroom was dirty with mold/mildew and the ceiling & walls had started peeling and separating.Management knocked on the door 45min before checkout time rushing us to check out by 11am if weโ€™re not paying for another night.Ice matching didnโ€™t work yet filthy & vending machines didnโ€™t give me what I purchased but was given a different selection

"We did not stay the smoke smell was awful."

We didnโ€™t like anything.

The smoke smell was so bad we had to tell them we needed a refund. Which they said they couldnโ€™t I would have to wait until Monday to and talk with a manager. When we arrived at the hotel nobody was at the desk they were sitting outside in the yard. When we left the guy that was at the desk went back outside in a car. I called booking.com to let them know I needed a refund.

"Unbelieveably bad. We asked for a refund within 30 minutes of check-in."

There is nothing to like about this place.

First room had a broken light with exposed electrics by the bed & the bathroom was dirty. Second room had ants crawling along the wall, along with other bugs running around. Everything in the place is really run down (greasy windows, cigaratte burns on the radiators). The photos in this listing are from when it was a La Quinta Inn. Just imagine those rooms being derelict for a few years & that's what it looks like now. We asked for a refund pretty quickly. The guy on the desk (still wearing a La Quinta shirt...) said he could not process refunds himself & his manager had already left for the weekend. You got the sense he was the only employee in the whole building. He gave us contact his manager's details & we've message through Booking.com as well, but a week later, we've had no response & we're still waiting on a refund.

Is was unkempt. They need new beds and they need doors where the keys actually work. They changed the prices when we checked in. Not happy.
