Holiday Inn Express & Suites Memphis East by IHG

I did not like anything about the property. I did not like the rude receptionist either.

I did not like the dirty rooms. I did not like the attitude of the employee or manager. I did not like how outdated it was. I did not like that it was not well lit and I feared for my safety. I requested a refund through the property the manager will not refund me I did not stay in this hotel room. It was a space I wanted to stay as I worked through law school . I wanted to be comfortable and this hotel did not accommodate that.

The free breakfast is not good

It was clean were they did breakfast

It smelled old and order of a curry smell

I had ants in my room and the tub was stopped up

Close to the hospitial

Black mold on the air vents, hole in the carpet of my room, ant problem in the bathroom and tub was flaking paint off. Sheets were stained and room smelled.

Wonderful place for the price. Breakfast wasn't very good. They said it would be better tomorrow. But did us no good.

Breakfast. Biscuits was too hard to bite. Had 8 inch waffles and 3 inch plates.

It was not appealing.

This place is way run down. The photos provided on the booking site are not the hotel you provided. Seriously false advertising. You really need to show pics of the actual hotel a down trodden la quinta.

Very clean. Breakfast was as expected. The man @ the front desk was very friendly.

Everything was great, but the door handle was a little bit loose, so it was hard getting into the room.
