Далековато от города, но зато тихо!

The lady was helpful. She tried her best but the state of the room was really disappointing. I booked ha giang loop with them - it was organised by lotus group.

The room was full mosquitos - I booked double room. It was stuffy, bed linen seemed like there were not fresh. I was afraid I will be bitten by the mosquitos in the night but I survived. The dump on the ceiling and wall was huge. When I opened the cupboard the smell was awful. Seems like it’s not an old building but very neglected. I initially wanted to stay a night after the loop but had to change.

Clean, quiet and comfy. Just perfect place to stay with super friendly staff. Air condition, wifi, everything worked perfect. Booked it few times. Not too crowded and little far from the town, but for me it was an advantage.

If ya need some days to decompress and chill then this is easy.

Very friendly staff! We were almost alone in the hostel. It felt very homey and we really liked this place. We rented a motorbike from the hostel to do the loop and everything went very well.

We had the private room and the shower did not get hot. It was maybe temporary because when we borrowed the shower downstairs after the loop, it was hot.

Clean, spacious, and well-equipped room. The breakfast is simple (eggs on bread when we were there) but does the trick! The owner is truly lovely and accommodating.

The hotel is a bit far from the center if you're on foot, but taxis are easy and cheap.

Breakfast is normally served from 8 AM, but on the day of our departure, they kindly prepared it for us at 7 AM. We have been traveling in Asia for several months now, and unfortunately, we’ve increasingly felt that in many places, people see us merely as walking wallets. Because of this, we arrived here with a certain level of distrust… But this place and these people completely proved us wrong. They genuinely wanted to help us in any way they could, not because they expected anything in return, but simply because they are good people. We feel immense gratitude towards them for reminding us that there are still selfless, kind-hearted people in the world. Thank you!

This is a great place to stay. I stayed in the shared dorm, where the beds were comfortable and had privacy blinds and a nightlight.

Before arrival the owner asked me to change the booking as the price was mistakenly set. No issues, but last minute, they wanted me(!) to cancel the entire booking (which comes with a cancelation fee for me and most probably they didn't want to cancel it for me). I received no proper explanation. Finally I didn't hear back from them. It may be a nice guesthouse, but their customer service needs improvement.
