Location is great, room is very clean

The apartment is excellent, clean and well equipped... in a very good location. Communication with the halu! team is perfect, fast and precise. Excellent choice.

Only one thing is missing - there are no closets or shelves, so the clothes have to be kept in a suitcase ... quite an inconvenient solution.

We especially loved it that the team behind the Kono Studios was extremely helpful and was there to answer all our questions quite fast as well as let us check in earlier. We were also happy about the cleaning service we received 2 times during our 10-day stay, which was just the right frequency for us. Considering that there were lock codes for entering both the accommodation hallway and our room, we felt really safe.

Good location, nice comfortable bed and pillows, perfectly working air conditioner. Many light switchers so it's easy to set up the perfect light in the room. In general, the room was cozy.

Dirty toilet and sofa. I stayed there for a week, no cleaning was offered, except only once when I called on the second day and asked to clean the dirty toilet (they sent the cleaning service, but the toiled was still dirty). First time it took me 15 mins to open the room door, would be much better to provide video instructions. The balcony view of the ruined building. No mugs or any suitable cups to make a hot tea. The water pressure in the shower was low, and it was hard not to flood the floor with water when showering. The building it not pleasant, elevators do not work sometimes.

Everything was good.

Car parking is big problem in city centre especially for visitors.
