The location is good. Easy access to an apartment and easy communication with the host. They provided a space for storing luggage after the check-out.

Even though the owner was always online, the problems were not resolved during our stay. The bathroom sink had a problem draining, as well as dust on top of the furniture and underneath, stains and crumbs on the sofa. All the windows were dirty. We kindly asked the property to fix this and they sent maintenance twice, but to no avail. The cleaning lady cleaned the bread crumbs off the sofa and covered it with a blanket to hide all the stains. In the end, they charged a separate cleaning fee, which was ridiculous since everything was left untouched. I asked the property to reconsider charging us for a service we did not receive, but nothing changed.

The room did not include any clothes hanger or wardrobe (travelling for work). Also, in the bathroom, there was only one towel horse near the sink, and nothing close to the shower.

Apartmant was as pictured and very clean when we got in. The location is great.

We stayed for 7 nights and noticed a few issues that impacted our stay. Firstly, there were no forks in the apartment, which was inconvenient as we had a couple of meals in the apartment during our stay. For longer stays (more than 3 days), we would strongly suggest offering a towel change. We were offered a free cleaning service, which we accepted and scheduled. We adjusted our plans to be out of the apartment during the cleaning time, but unfortunately, the cleaning never happened. That was disappointing, as regular cleaning should be included for longer stays. The biggest issue we encountered was the shower. It only had glass on one side, so water splashed everywhere. A simple addition of a shower curtain would go a long way in improving the experience, as we had to use our towels (1 large and 1 small per person) to clean up the mess. Afterward, we were left with dirty towels, and the bathroom itself was also left in an unpleasant state. Lastly, the bathroom could really benefit from some hooks and shelves. There was nowhere to hang towels or store toiletries, which made things a bit inconvenient. With a few adjustments, this place could be much more comfortable for longer stays.
