Cosy, warm, compact, easy parking and just very clean and well-equipped

If I had to be picky I’d say the bed which was right against the wall so one of us had to clamber out over the duvet. And the mattress was a touch soft but that’s being very picky!

The cottage was lovely and cosy and warm after a day walking in the lakes. Good facilities for cooking your own meals. Comfy bed. In a beautiful village with some great walks from the door.

Would have been nice to have a hairdryer provided .🙂

Location and parking at the front door. Wifi was very good.

It was extremely difficult to get into the bed as it was against the wall. To use the shower, a button needed to be held for the water to flow requiring showering with one hand. There appeared to be only one dish for the microwave. Some kitchen items were dirty.There wasn't a corkscrew.
