GBGBThe beds were really comfortable. The peace and quiet. The kitchen had everything you needed to prepare food. Wildlife just outside our window.
The lodge was tired, some of the lights did not work. There were no instructions provided for any appliances or heating. Cleanliness was not as it should have been. Cobwebs and dust in corners. I removed a considerable amount of human hair from the drain in the shower after realising the water was not running away as it should. The three of us are all nature and animal lovers and so were very upset that Corvid traps were used on this estate. All linen and towels were provided according to the listing so was a bit surprised and inconvenienced by an e mail from the owner the day before we left that asked us to bring our own towels.
NLLigging, mooi grasveld, geweldig uitzicht! Genoten van de schapen, vogels en eekhoorns! Vriendelijke, behulpzame host! (mag wel iets later in de ochtend beginnen met grasmaaien 😉) Fijne bedden!
Gordijnen slaapkamer niet verduisterend. Buitenstoelen zouden vervangen kunnen worden, veel slijtage.
