The staff were friendly.

The rooms are outdated, there were lots of cracks and mold especially in the bathroom.

I upgraded to a bigger room on the top floor. I had no neighbours right next to me so it was very quiet. Kind and attentive and helpful staff. Good cleaning and very comfortable beds.

I'd appreciate more vegan options for the breakfast buffet.

Großes Zimmer, sehr freundliches Personal, sehr gutes Frühstück, viel Auswahl

Es hat im Zimmer etwas gemüffelt, bekamen aber ohne Probleme eine zweite Zimmerkarte und konnten die Klimaanlage gegen den Geruch laufen lassen

The breakfast could have hot vegan friendly options or soy milk to have cereals with.
