V-Hotel Da Nang Beach

В готелі комфортно навіть у непогоду. Великі номери, сауна і басейн. Поруч СПА і ресторанчики, навіть індійський ресторан з мішленівськими зірками. Через дорогу доступний пляж. Завжди чергують таксі поруч. Зручно їхати на екскурсії у Хойан і мармурові гори. Відпочивали 6 днів групою, все сподобалось.

The room, the sea view, the quality and spread of complimentary breakfast and housekeeping/ cleanliness were par excellence.

Two free water bottles(350 ml) provided each day, were quite inadequate. These could be replaced with two 500 ml or even 1000 ml bottles.

Big clean rooms. Spacious hotel. Great staff. Nock on reception organised all our trips at great prices and was very helpful. Even when we said were going somewhere with Grab he was able to offer better alternative at a better price. Great service. Housekeeping excellent always clean rooms and shower gel etc available. Breakfast manager was great, wish I took his name but he saw the eggs we had cooked by the chef (always on his phone) were not good. He removed the chef next day and every day cooked our eggs or had someone to do them properly. Really cared about customer service. Buffet breakfasts are never great but they were and he was dedicated. So great hotel with great staff

The windows looked like they were never clean. On asking the staff mentioned it is because of the rain but you see old comments mentioned about the uncleaned windows as well. The swimming pool was on the top floor , really cool even in summer

Das beste an diesem Hotel sind die grosse Sauna, das Dampfbad und der lange Pool. Ebenso das sehr gute Frühstücksbuffet.

Einige Mitarbeiter (nicht alle) der Rezeption brauchen eine Nachschulung, was den Umgang mit den Gästen betrifft.
