Rooms are great sizes

Garden and other areas need more attention Weather was lovely, and we had nowhere to sit or go as the garden is overgrown and unusable

Comfortable beds, spacious

Heating not working, hot water not working except for shower, no welcome information on instructions to check in or WiFi , had to request for information a few hours before arrival

Location size of property

Property was smelly very dusty bathroom needed cleaned microwave was very smelly even after I washed it dishes need washed before use bins outside was overflowing was have expecting rats because of this.leftover food from previous visitors laying in cupboard & fridge. Holes in hall wall cracks down hall wall shower base needs repaired. Whole place needs a good cleaning carpets too.I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone the condition the house is in at present. It a pity too cos large house great location owners should spend money on repairs and cleaning the property.

Property was nice and clean.

It was cold when we arrived. Bu turned heater on, but it took long time to heat the home. I wish it had been heated before we coming. The shower didn’t work.

Once we turned on the heating the house was warm in good time

The toaster wasn't great a 4 slice toaster would be better
