Clean and quiet place.

There is no information about £250 deposit that you need to send after booking. That should be clearly informed when booking property. You getting message about deposit but you need to chase for access details. Some of the items are damaged (shower door handle, rollers and others) and you can’t be sure that you will receive your deposit back. They require to send deposit to the private account. Also to receive my deposit back I was waiting two weeks time and needed to chase for that. Don’t understand why.

Tidy and easy access has almost everything

Grass on the front but could say maybe we just came before the day of cutting no hooks to hang clothes in bathroom but above all it was good

Nothing

First impression was shock, unkempt garden, cigarette stubs , inside, damaged sockets , broken blinds, holes in the floor, safety feature on the gas cooker missing, no handrail on the steep stairs, small banister at the top of the stairs shaking, shower handle missing.

Nothing it’s terrible

The people who run it, they never let us in. We paid for the property / paid £250 deposit / sent IDs. They then said they never recieved the IDs and made us sleep in the van. Do not book here!
