Paid for it one month in advance I asked them to send over the key lockbox pin and I was making my way done the texted me say they have decided to deny my stay when I was almost there terrible company DONT NOT RENT OUT and also said I would get my deposit back this week and now they are saying it will take up to 14days horrible service

Keys were easy to get, we did however have to chase the hosts to get the access code

I didn’t like that I was told the £250 deposit would be paid back a couple of days later, then got told 3 days later it would be up to 14 days, and then ended up taking 17 days to get a deposit back for a one night stay that didn’t even cost as much as that.

There was a lot of cracks in the walls, one bedroom door was on one hinge. Plug sockets weren’t securely fastened to walls. One wardrobe had a missing handle. A cable hanging from ceiling wrapped in a plastic bag (was this live?) Internal door thresholds were bent. Banister at top of stairs wasn’t securely fixed.

Easy, affordable and lovely home!

The neighbours are absolute chain smokers, so there's just a cigarette smell in the air. Not the hosts fault at all, but obviously it's quite pungent

Not many things to do around the property

We were guests for only one night, the owner asked us for a deposit that has not yet been refunded, even though we had not caused any damage and had not caused any problems. We found the dishes dirty and the apartment was not adequately equipped for our group of six people, with only four chairs available. Moreover, some forks were missing. The owner kept promising to refund the deposit, but almost three months later, the money still hasn't arrived.
