Location was good.

Very noisy. Impossible to sleep at night. If you like a very good night sleep to wake up fresh and explore Como, this is not the place.

Super-friendly staff. Simple communication, quick contact. Apartments were clean, big, silent. Location is perfect: inside old-town, 10 m to closest gelateria, 50 m to restaurants.

"Wary of Bed Bugs"

The location is great. The bathroom is modern and updated.

I believe this property had bed bugs. I got multiple big bites on my arms and feet, which were only exposed in bed due to the poor weather when I visited. I also found a blood stain on the bedding which is indicative of bed bugs and also gross! Unfortunately bed bug bites take a day or two to show, so I only realized this late on my second night.
