The hotel was clean and functional. Very pretty decor and a great location.

The patio doors leaked during a rain storm one night. The rain was literally running in the room.

"Perfect place to stay in Como!!"

Location was perfect! … close to everything. The apartment exceptionally clean. The A/C worked well. The bathroom was spacious and had a huge soaking tub. We loved how bright and sunny it was. It had a cute terrace with seating, which was nice. We stayed only one night, since our plans changed and arrived early. We wished we had stayed at this apt. all our days in Como instead of Residence Diaz. This apt. was pretty, quaint and very nice. The pictures are exactly what it looks like.

"Superb"

- The apartment is gorgeous ceiling to floor! from the choice of tiles to furniture & accessories all was exquisite. - We received detailed instructions and videos as well for check-in. - Carrefour Express supermarket was within a walking distance. - Many shops, restaurants and stores were available. - The apartment is fully equipped with all necessities.

- When we entered the apartment there was a few insects that we managed to get rid of easily. We assumed this happened because the cleaning lady left the windows open while she was cleaning. One we closed all doors and windows, there were no insects in the apartment.

Lovely calm place to stay in the old town. Good support from manager when electricity went off

Electricity went off when running washing machine and cooking. A notice to avoid using both at once would have been appreciated.

very spacious, well equipped and clean apartment, great location in the heart of Como, the instruction to access the apartment was easy and precise

check out was already at 10 am but we could extend until 11 upon request

Excellent location, a beautiful apartment with everything you need for a weekend stay!

You can only use the bathtub as the bathroom floor is not slopped properly. So if you use the shower, the whole bathroom floor will flood and you have to spend the next half an hour drying up the floor.
