Die Lage der Unterkunft ist wirklich hervorragend – zentral, alles schnell erreichbar. Das ist besonders praktisch, weil man so nicht allzu viel Zeit in der Wohnung verbringen muss.

Die als „Deluxe-Wohnung“ angekündigte Unterkunft hat uns dann ein ganz eigenes Verständnis von Luxus vermittelt. Bereits der Hausflur setzte mit herumliegendem Müll ein klares Statement und bereitete uns stilvoll auf das Kommende vor. In der Wohnung angekommen, wurde dieses Niveau gehalten: Die Dusche verwandelt das Badezimmer zuverlässig in eine kleine Wasserlandschaft, einer der Seifenspender war dekorativ außer Betrieb und die Badezimmertüren zeigten deutliche Feuchtigkeitsspuren. Der angekündigte Kaffeeautomat sowie ein Wäscheständer waren nicht auffindbar. Die Küchenausstattung war minimalistisch gehalten (drei Gläser für acht Personen), was den Gemeinschaftssinn definitiv gefördert hat. Auch die Beleuchtung bot Abwechslung: teilweise fehlende Glühbirnen und locker befestigte Lampen sorgten für ein gewisses Überraschungsmoment. Rauchmelder gab es keine – was gut zum insgesamt sehr entspannten Umgang mit Ausstattung passt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war zunächst gut, dann nach Einsenden von Fotos und Videos jedoch konsequent ruhig. Erst nach Einreichung einer Beschwerde meldete sich der Vermieter und erklärte, der Kaffeeautomat sei am 1. April kaputt gegangen. Das passt natürlich hervorragend ins Gesamtbild – ein kleiner Aprilscherz, den wir offenbar live miterleben durften. Positiv hervorzuheben ist allerdings der Kundenservice von Booking.com: Auf unsere Beschwerde wurde schnell und professionell reagiert, und wir haben eine teilweise Rückerstattung erhalten.

Casa molto grande e spaziosa. Ben riscaldata con termo e climatizzatori. Ideale per gruppi. Materassi mediamente comodi, cuscini piccoli ma vecchi.

Struttura in una posizione non centrale, lontana dai punti di interesse. Abbiamo trovato la casa abbastanza sporca, con macchie sui muri, divano completamente macchiato, lenzuoli dei letti sporchi con capello, docce senza chiusura e prodotti da bagno con dispenser rotto, e bagno che si è allaga, odore di scarico che proveniva dai bagni.

A cozy and very well positioned facility next to metro station and public transport. Very easy to reach at central tourist attractions. A lot of options for food and entertainment (supermarket, restaurants, even a shopping mall).

Extremely dirty apartment – floor, couch and bathrooms. The shower was broken and falling apart. The entrance to the accommodation was also dirty and scary. The host did not respond when I reported the problem and only wrote the next day asking when we would leave. This was our last stay here.
