Stylish 3 Bedroom House - Central Location

I didn't like that someone was already staying in the property on the dates I booked.

Host never contacted me or turned up, absolute clown.

The location is its best attribute

It’s sparsely furnished, skimpy on towels, no toilet paper or hand towels/tea towels. Had difficulty contacting the owner to obtain access. Didn’t reply to messages

Very dirty needs lots of TLC

The beds were clean and comfortable

The interior of the fridge was dirty. The carpet in the living room was filthy as was the sofa and chairs. The banister was loose on the stairs and was dangerous. The bulbs in the living room light was not proper a dimmer switch bulb and therefore flickered like a disco. The bulb in the back bedroom was so poor it offered very little light.

Insufficient cutlery provided to enable six people to cook and eat breakfast ie 2 forks 4 cups for six people although after complaint additional cutlery provided the next day along with additional towels only 3 towels and 1 hand towel originally provided which is not enough to support six people

Property advertised as 3 x double bedroom (6 people ) but in reality only really provisioned for 3/4 people Small table with only 3 seats provided to sit and eat. Seating area was 1 settee on which only 4 people could sit at a push Although comfortable beds only provided with one flat pillow per person

The location was fairly central. The bed in the main bedroom was comfortable.

The bathroom was not cleaned properly - there were old contact lenses on the sink and dirt/dust on the floor. There was no toilet paper. Although it was nice to have a yard to sit in outside, there were cigarette butts and rubbish on the floor. The property was for 6 people, but there were only 4 cups and 5 glasses. The chair in the main bedroom collapsed as soon as clothes were put on it - the legs hadn't been screwed in properly.
