The accommodation is absolutely stunning. The interior is beautiful and it was very clean. The location is great! Super beauty products in the bathrooms.

Communication was slow. We requested the sofa bed prior to our visit and there were no sheets for this, even though it said they were in the spare room. I contacted the number direct regarding this and never heard back. I also never received any acknowledgement to my ID that was requested. Worth taking note - no tea towels, iron or hairdryer. You can hear everything from the room above - this can’t be helped but should be pre-warned for guests.

Incredible location, lovely and clean and having the Prosecco left for us was an amazing treat for my birthday.

Beautiful apartment and excellent location

Great location, nice lobby area and very spacious apartment with good kitchen appliances.

No curtains downstairs, so no privacy. And the downstairs windows were challenging to operate, and the ventilation system operated at full blast regardless of whether the ‘fan boost’ switch was engaged or not, resulting in excessive ventilation noise in the bedrooms. The bedroom windows had paint splatter marks on them from the outside. Behind the induction hob ventilation fan was a large lump of congealed oil which hadn’t been cleaned. The en-suite bathroom drawer contained a used toothpaste box. Despite the listing’s explicit mention of air conditioning, there was none available. Several towels and bedding exhibited a peculiar musty odour, as previously noted in a review. The bedroom blinds were poorly installed, as simply raising them felt as though I were about to dislodge them from the wall. The downstairs bathroom vent cover vibrated violently due to improper installation, and the bathroom door refused to close. Additionally, the drawer was damaged. The walls near the entryway and television displayed noticeable markings, and the upstairs landing featured a poorly filled hole in the wall. And one of the recessed spotlights in the kitchen area was not working.

the apartment was lovely and well equipped.

we did object to being sent texts saying there were noises coming from our apt and to "keep the noise down" we were not noisy - we had the TV on and we were just 2 couples chatting. There was a nightclub literally over the road that was quite loud. one of the texts we received when we weren't even in the apt.
