Central Leeds Location. Great for shopping & a night out.

Luckily, we brought our own towels, as the towels provided when used had a musty smell! The same applies to the bed linen, but we just had to apply body spray to mask the musty smell! There were no mirrors in the ensuite bathroom or any of the bedrooms. The entrance hallway was absolutely freezing in the morning. There is an inch gap on the entrance door, allowing heat to escape and cold in. There were 5 adults staying, and there was no hot water by 0930 hrs. 1 guest had a cold shower. Had to press the boost button on the timer by which time it was too late. The timer needs adjusting to stay on at least until 1100 hrs.

Fabulous location.

No mirror upstairs in bedrooms or bathroom.

Everything about the accommodation was amazing, all rooms newly decorated and to a great standard. The location was perfect for everything city centre related.

Slight mix up with the keys upon arrival however Derry was very responsive and the issue was sorted.

The apartment itself was beautiful and well furnished in a great central location. It was a great base for exploring leeds.

There was an issue with accessing the apartment as cleaners had locked the door. We had to contact the owners and it took over an hour to get in. Whilst the apartment is beautiful the rest of the building is still under renovation, the lift was still covered in packaging, there were holes in ceilings and walls, staircases were celophaned and the building was mostly deserted. We accidentally went one floor down to level 0 at one point and it was a building site. I feel this should really be mentioned within the listing as I wouldn’t want to stay there alone. Apart from that I think it’s a new listing and probably missing a few bits, there were no mirrors upstairs and it could do with a full length one, it was missing coat hooks downstairs bathroom bins and an iron (all sounds picky but just a few practical things that would be handy.)

• The listing on Booking.com says checkout is between 8am and 12pm, but it’s actually at 10:30am. This was disappointing, as the late checkout was one of the • The cleanliness could have been much better. When I arrived at 4pm, the cleaners were rushing to leave and left sponges, cleaning rags, and bleach out. • I also found random items that seemed to be leftover, like a half-empty bottle of Captain Morgan in a bathroom cupboard and a sachet of McDonald’s sauce in an upstairs bedside table. These details made it feel less pristine than I’d hoped. • During the evening, someone unexpectedly knocked on my door, which made me feel uneasy as a solo traveller.

The house was perfectly furnished and comfortable
