Useless owners took our payment then did not provide access to the property. We were stuck outside with our cases. Had to get taxis to a hotel miles away. Spoke to some neighbours who said this happens regularly

Brilliant location, lovely decor, well equipped kitchen, good WIFI, everything you need to cook.

We were missing pillows for the sofa bed in the living room so had to use the cushions which isn’t the end of the world but not the comfiest and the sheet for the single z bed had what I believe to be a blood stain on it, but again we just removed it and put in the spare sheet provided. Also the switches in the kitchen were taped to the wall (see photo) which is dangerous, luckily there were out of reach of my 5 year old.

The flat had everything you could need. Check in/out was easy. Excellent free overnight parking. Carpark visable from property

The fridge freezer automatically turned off very early on the morning of checkout. I had ice creams for my kids In the freezer and milk in the fridge. It was well before checkout time so the ice cream melted and the milk was warm. Not a big thing but guests should be informed.

The flat was nice and clean, and mostly well-equipped, with a good view out over Rickmansworth. The WiFi was good (once you find the small QR code on the coffee table!). For us it was conveniently placed, being close to both the railway station (for trips to London) and to relatives who live in Rickmansworth.

The flat is decribed as sleeping up to 5, with a fifth person sleeping on the sofa in the sitting room. There were four of us, and we found it decidedly cramped on the sofa or round the dining table - with five it would have been more so. Parking is also a problem. When you see a flat named "Refined Living, Wi-Fi, Balcony and Parking" you assume that a parking space is provided, but this is not (yet?) the case. Most of the public carparks nearby are short stay (max 4 hours, no return for 1 hour; the exception being the one underneath Waitrose BTW) which is inconvenient. Perhaps "and Parking" should be taken off the name of the flat until the parking permit comes through. Two small things that could have been made available were a hair dryer and a towel to dry the washing up. And while not a problem for us, guests with mobility problems should note that the flat is on the third floor, and there is no lift.

The small double bed was way too hard, slept badly
