Great location with parking for 2 cars. Living space was great for everyone to get together

The beds really need attention. Some had missing slates. One had the legs removed so very low. Toilet seats need replacing and fixing. One bedroom was not useable due to the smell from the drain in the en-suite.

Location was great, bedrooms small all with bathrooms and very clean.

Not suitable for a family with children. The bedrooms are designed for couples or single stays. Each bedroom has a fire door that cannot be left open, and the hallway is lit only by sensor lighting. The bedrooms are arranged in pairs on each level of the house, making it impossible to hear other members of the family.

The location was very very good. We did really appreciate the rooms with bathroom. Beautiful kitchen and salon.

The equipment in the kitchen was not designed for a house with six bedrooms, so 12 people. There was not enough cutlery, the cooking pots were too small, not enough dishes. The sitting area was too small. Suggestion: add a sofa in the bay window. The rooms: suggestion a top mattress would make the beds perfect. Other suggestion: Make sure the outside of the house is just as beautiful as the inside.

beds a little uncomfortable (feel the springs) & ALL the toilet seats were sliding away as needed fittings repaired & there was just a single very thin tea towel in the kitchen.

We loved the lay out of the rooms, beautifully designed each with their own en suite.

We liked everything about the narrow house.

Lots of maintenance issues. It's unacceptable that I have not yet been refunded for not being able to stay in a house without all showers working, a leak, wet carpet and a fire alarm that had to be turned off. We could not stay there with young children for heath and safety reasons and really feel that we should have a full refund and it would be reasonable to be given compensation for having to fund another hotel at very short notice with young children. We were only there one night

Very clean and central to where we needed to be.

Despite the heating being on some radiators did not work so had to sleep in a jumper. Next door is a shop and 5.00 am Saturday morning we presume the cleaners were in and they had the music up full blast so we didn’t sleep after 5.00 am. Finally the shower plumbing especially in higher rooms was very poor. People had to turn off the showers before they were finished as the showers were not draining away.
