A very spacious, bright, and clean apartment with high ceilings. Two large separate bedrooms, a large kitchen with a sofa. Everything you need is available. Two balconies. A very pleasant landlord who rents out his apartment himself, so everything is in top condition, and any questions are resolved quickly and directly. The apartment's location is extremely convenient – ​​a 7-minute walk to the bus station on Via Archimede, from where buses depart throughout Sicily, including picturesque surrounding areas (Taormina, Ace Castello – a must-see). A 5-7-minute walk in the other direction are three large supermarkets. A 7-minute walk to a huge market where fish and shrimp are half the price of the famous fish market. A 5-7-minute walk and you're on the main tourist street, Via Etnea. Overall, it's hard to find a more convenient location.

Everything was great! The only downside is the small shower stall in the bathroom. (The bathroom itself is large and bright)

Even though we arrived after midnight, the host was waiting for us and explained everything about the property and what we asked for. They left water in the fridge and some cupcakes because everything was closed already.

The apartment is very close to main attractions in the city.The bus stop to the airport is just in front of the building.The apartment is comfortable with 2 large bedrooms and is suitable for family and also for two couples .It is maintained with attention to detail and kept very clean. I recommend

There is no internet connection and no espresso coffee machine .The owners have left pot coffee maker.I haven't used such for the last 15 years.

it's not the most silent neighborhood, especially during the night

The apartment was very spacious and very well equipped with everything that we needed; the host was very friendly and even left us with a bottle of water, 6 tortini cakes and a bottle of local Sicilian wine in the fridge - highly recommended. The rooms were much larger than what we expected and beds were very comfortable. The location was great and very close to the bus/coach, railway and metro stations which made travelling in and around Catania very convenient.

Lack of wifi coverage at the apartment meant we had to use our own cellular data or wifi hotspot to access the wifi - sometime the signal was poor too.
