La ubicación en el centro de Bolonia pero sin ruidos. Lo nuevo que estaba el apartamento. La habitación muy espaciosa y la cama comodísima. La terraza interior súper tranquila.. Todo en general perfecto. Recomendable 100%

Beautiful, clean and modern apartment in a fantastic location. Great attention to detail in making it a lovely place to stay - felt like I was staying in a nice hotel within an apartment. Very spacious with 1 bedroom, bathroom and living room separate. Good TV with entertainment - everything thought of. Free breakfast vouchers at the cafe downstairs.

If I had to be picky, a microwave and cutlery/plates would be an option if people wanted to eat in.

"Perfect location in the heart of the city."

This apartment is perfect for a short stay in the heart of the city. Only steps away from Piazza Maggiore. The roof top balcony is an added bonus and we enjoyed sitting out drinking a glass of local wine. Air conditioning worked well and the bed was comfortable. The free breakfast vouchers are a nice touch.

The elevator is a little snug and we had a slight problem with water. The owner is helpful.

Cosy studio right at the center of the city . Great host who was always available when needed to answer any questions. Nice place to stay for a short time. Room was well done with good paintings and other decor.

It's on the top floor ( Rooftop) so if you have a heavy bag have to carry it up some stairs. Nothing than could not be managed .
