"We loved the location and the apartment."

The location; the decor; the size and layout of the apartment; the balcony.

The toilet wasn't very clean under the rim and there were piles of dust on the floor. I took photos of the dust. We could hear a fair bit of noise from apartment number 1.

The location is perfect, right in the city centre. There are great bars downstairs :) The room is spacious with everything you need. The communication with the host was perfect. He sends a video on how to get in the apartment and instructions. The only thing that could be improved is the cleanliness of the property, there was some dust here and there. But overall everything was really good.
