Booked al inclusive- drinks were not included, took talking to 3 people to get the staff to understand that all inclusive means all meals.

Good property. Great house keeping team and front desk reps. Spacious rooms with great views. Located next to good shopping places.

Restaurant staff was not so polite and welcoming. The hotel desperately needs improvement towards its team of chef. Breakfast preparations and maintenance were quite avg.

"Not worth staying unless they improve room facilities and breakfast standard"

Not comfortable at all. No AC control - fixed temp at max airflow and noisy. Terrible smell in the wash room with no solution.
