ZAThe location was ideal (close to the wedding venue)
The shower head is too low, I had to bend over to fit under it. The hot water went on and off intermittently. (Something wrong with the gas geyser). Bathroom fixtures are flimsy. The water cleanliness certificate is from 2023. Dogs were barking in the morning. Our unit was close to a septic tank so the smell was horrible. The bed mattress is overdue for replacement. I also didn’t like that the bed is against the wall.
ZAZAPlace is located in nature by the river bank, that's so refreshing,a breath of fresh air everyday. We arrived very late around 08h30 but Ilise waited for us, she's a very good host. It's a good place that needs attention to detail.
The place has a huge potential, but needs to be maintained regularly. Chalets must be checked thoroughly before the guests arrived to make sure everything is working. When we arrived there was no hot water but Ilise sorted it out. But the microwave didn't work and was reported but nothing happened, but it was not a train smash, we improvised. Can the facility also have activities for children,things to keep them busy during their stay. And please maybe a restaurant or tuck shop will do..
ZAZAThe rooms were clean and comfy and very nicely decorated. The bed was very comfy. The location was peaceful and beautiful near the water. It had a fully functional kitchen even though we didn’t use it. The bathrooms were clean aswell with fresh towels. There were 2 white cats which was a bonus (i love cats) The only photos I have was of the cats because i got excited when I saw them

ZAZAIf you like nature this place is the best. I loved it entirely. It has network also but not MTN you will suffer
The gate situation especially if you going to check in after 7. If you can’t get a hold of the receptionist people call the neighbouring places they will help
