All the rooms were tastefully decorated and very comfortable. The hot tub was excellent and was ready to use as soon as we got to the property

Every thing was ok it was just the hot tub was not working otherwise everything was perfect

The Hamilton is nicely decorated, the hot tub is nice and well maintained and the beds are comfortable. The location is also nice and peaceful.

There were several issues that let the place down. Six of us stayed over Christmas, and there were only exactly six knives, forks, mugs, etc., which meant we were constantly washing up. There were no welcome gifts or complimentary items, which you would normally expect, especially during the Christmas period. Basic essentials like shower gel were not provided at all. Cleanliness was also an issue, as the cleaners had left some areas dirty, including a significant mess inside the microwave. Additionally, the TV remote for one of the bedrooms was missing, which was particularly frustrating. The oven did not work properly, and we found that food took hours longer than expected to cook, which is definitely not ideal when cooking Christmas dinner.

This place is absolutely gorgeous, the bed is perfect and really comfy, everything was very clean, not one complaint from us, and the people who run it are amazing,

There was not anything we didn’t like. Shower mats and a mop and bucket were the only thing missing.
