The Hamilton luxury holiday let's- The Coach House with hot tub

I loved the decor and the hot tub was a great finishing touch. Was spotless , we went on a lovely walk at Nicky nook and had dinner at the barn at Scorton defo recommend We also had a breakfast at daisy clough which is a stones throw away too which was fab

Location is great , beautiful canal walks and eateries nearby with easy access to Lancaster, Garstang etc

There's shortage of shelving in the bathrooms and downstairs toilet needs a rail/ hanger for hand towel . So definitely room for improvements

Nothing.

The property looked ok on the photos but when we arrived it smelled really bad of animals . The hot tub was freezing cold and not ready to be used. You would think that it would be ready upon arrival. - there was no sort of welcome pack and we wernt even given a code to get in. Luckily the door was open but we couldn’t stay as we couldn’t stand the smell. No solution offered no apologies. No refund given £1100 for 4 nights not very luxury. Very disappointing. Dont be fooled they just want your money.

Property was lovely and had a lovely finish to the decor.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

No Dishwasher, Nobody’s delt with the hot tub . Water was disgustingly dirty. Spent 2 hours cleaning up a foot deep in leaves outside. The outside needs lots of cleaning up . Leaves and dirt on lounge floor skirting boards need a deep clean. No nice table to sit around for 6 people outside. Bench that is green we had nice clothes on so had to clean little glass table and only 2 chairs . Inside even the Banister is hanging off at the top which should have never passed a health and safety inspection. Me and my friends have hired lots of places never have I had to spend cleaning and spend so much money on it . Feeling very disappointed on the property.

Local town was nice and friendly.

HOT TUB FAULTY. host didn't turn up to try and fix it as promised. sent someone late afternoon of final day who confirmed required an engineer. The property is superb and very comfortable but don't advertise a hot tub if it's not working. Was dirty and filters hadn't been cleaned. Extremely disappointed to say the least considering it's an expensive property. Host waited until we had left to get key and go into property. my communication was very polite despite our frustrations.

Drugs left in property, health and safety false advertising.

We are a returning customer of the couch house and we had another enjoyable stay. Great location, well stocked house and great home from home.

The hot tub was quite strong with chlorine other than that everything fabulous

Gobsmaking where ever you went, quirky, squirty in the best hot tub aka bath heat pre warmed , lights even play your best tunes via the blue tooth within the tub. I first booked for 3 nights but didn’t want to leave so. Booked again for anther 3 nights and then booked another 2, if it was available I would not have to leave this beautiful home with bathrooms everywhere so no excuses he he . The garden out the back the dog loved so much I will be coming back very very very very soon , to the owner that must of thought I was mad, will be speaking . Best location for a winding down and nothing rest nite too much stress then come here you will not want to go. The best I have ever ever stopped in and I live 15 miles away lol Don’t ask I do drive a Audi TT TT15 MAD I’ll be back you will be sick of me lol
