Almada Apt - Balcony with River View by Lisbeyond

Super Lage in einem schönen und lebendigem Viertel. Zwei sonnige Balkone mit Tejo-Blick. Die Ausstattung in der Küche war neu und vollkommen ausreichend. Großzügige Wohnung mit schönen Zimmern.

Das Bad war eher Hostelniveau und spartanisch. Als wegen einer Baustelle das Wasser ausfiel, war Lisbeyond kulant. Das in den vorherigen Kommentaren beschriebene Geruchsproblem war nach den Bauarbeiten nicht weg, aber sehr viel besser.

Boa localização e vista!!

Chegámos por volta das 23h45 e subimos até ao 5.º andar. Não existe elevador e não havia luz na maior parte das escadas. Quando fomos abrir o cofre para entrar no apartamento, verificámos que as chaves NÃO ESTAVAM LÁ!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Felizmente, conseguimos contactar a linha de apoio e a Filipa, a quem agradecemos imenso toda a ajuda, deslocou-se a Lisboa para ir buscar uma chave suplente. Acabámos por entrar no apartamento já perto da 1h da manhã, depois de um longo dia de viagens e voos. Além disso, seria útil disponibilizar alguns produtos básicos, como sal e azeite, entre outros artigos essenciais que fazem falta a quem está a viajar e opta por ficar num apartamento. Mais uma vez, muito obrigada, Filipa, pela sua disponibilidade e ajuda!

Der Ausblick auf Lissabon ist sehr schön und die Wohnung ist sehr groß gewesen. Netter Kontakt zu Lisbeyond, Mitarbeiter haben zügig und höflich kommuniziert.

Das Bad ist in einem katastrophalen Zustand. Es stinkt unerträglich, es riecht nach Schimmel und Abfluss. Die Amaturen sind im schlechten Zustand, die Dusche ist komplett verkalkt und befallen von Schimmel. Insgesamt ist die Wohnung in einem schlechtem Zustand, unzureichende Ausstattung in der Küche (wurde aufgestockt), das Sofa und der Sessel sind kaputt, insgesamt viele Gebrauchsspuren. Die Wohnung liegt im fünften Stock ohne Aufzug und ohne Beleuchtung im Treppenhaus!!! Es wurde vorab auf Nachfrage versichert, dass alle Mängel behoben wurden in den vorherigen Bewertungen. Das ist nicht der Fall. Auf meine Beschwerde hin wurde aber zügig versucht die Mängel zu beheben (Tassen und Schüsseln wurden aufgestockt, es wurden Fliesen verfugt, aber der Gestank bleibt). Es gab eine geringe Erstattung, aber wirklich nicht empfehlenswert.

Des remontées d’odeur dans la salle de bain . C’est dommage !!! Le mobilier , notamment au niveau du salon était très abîmé . L’appartement mériterait d’être mieux aménagé pour un peu plus de confort car il reste néanmoins agréable .

El baño esta sucio y necesita reformar, la ducha da asco, la casa no tiene productos de limpieza y tube que comprar, el precio es demasiado alto recuerden que es un 5to piso sin ascensor no se puede cobrar ese precio y los muebles de la casa son incomodos.

The apartment itself was great. We stayed there with 2 people. It was very comfortable. When we arrived everything was clean and the apartment was ready for us (even though we arrived before the official check-in time).

Knowing that this is not in the hand of the hosts of this apartment we found it completely difficult that there was very poor to no lighting in the staircase. Especially when leaving the apartment for check-out very early in the morning (still dark outside) walking down the stairs with no light but suitcases in the hands was very dangerous. Again, I know that the hosts are working very hard to have this changed it is not in their hands to change it. They are working hard though to finally achieve a change here. One other thing we noticed was the sewage system in the house and the bad smell it causes (unfortunately all inside the apartment). This is also a problem of the whole building and therefore not in the hands of the hosts but the smell in the apartment can be fairly strong and uncomfortable and bothering when staying there. Since we were out and about exploring Lisbon and the surrounding areas it didn’t bother us too much but action should be taken anyways. Also in this case the hosts confirmed that they have been bringing this issue forward to have it fixed. For the guests this is still only little help as they have to endure the smell. But the hosts are apparently already doing everything they can to have it changed.

O chuveiro não funcionava bem. Um sofá da sala não tinha fundo. Não estava claro na informação fornecida que teríamos de subir um 5º piso sem elevador.
