shower hose handle broken it’s very hard to used whenever we take shower..The Shower hose also very dirty.

The unit was dirty, there's water from AC that was dripping on the bed all the time, the equipment and utilities included weren't clean. Isn't it a standard that when doing an airbnb business like this, the owner should clean their unit for every guests. Yet, it seems like they just put every responsibility to the guests to leave it clean whatsoever. Not everyone is as responsible as the other, so you should double check if it's clean and suitable for the next guests. I should've chosen a better unit than this. Also, the door was broken. Like as seen from the picture below, it seems like the guest before us cooked an egg inside the water kettle and good thing i checked it before using it. Imagine boiling water with this in here. It's disgusting.

The appliances especially the washing machine is broken. The room doesn't look like it was clean.
