Near to Mall of Asia and Airport

staff were unfriendly and unhelpful. It seems that they don't want to assist guests under bookings and when we want to access swimming pool they ask you to contact the booking online which doesn't make sence since we already booked for a room and when we tried to call the provided number in the page, no one is answering.. Worst is their own parking area is full and they suggested us to pay parking nearby which caused us TROUBLE because we LOST the 2 Luggage inside our car.. Meaning security is POOR

Close to the airport and MOA

The actual room accommodation is really bad. The air-conditioning is leaking like a water pouring in the bed. The bathroom shower is blocked The bidet is too close to the wall and washing machine that when you use it, it definitely spills on the floor it's disgusting. No view, I can only see an abandoned vacant area in the window. I can hear the next-door voices and screaming. I would not recommend this place.
