SMDC Sea Stays by Bel

After a long journey by land from Eastern Samar, we were expecting to rest—especially my senior citizen parents who were already exhausted from the tiring travel. But when we arrived at the accommodation, we were told it was fully booked, even though we had made the reservation a month in advance. It was incredibly stressful and exhausting. The sea residence is 👍

The room is good and bed is not compty and time for check in is very late 🫩 long time of waiting cleanliness and the sofa bed is dirty pillows and blankets are not enough sharing for 4 people

Property is at a good location, walking distance from SM Asia Mall and very near from the airport. The apartment itself was with enough facilities so, stay was good.

The apartment itself was very small. The ac unit was not working properly. The utensils and rice cooker was not cleaned at all. Although the property was advertised as sufficient for 3 people, beds were very narrow cannot fit 2 adults on 1 bed.
