Il gestore è stato gentile, ma purtroppo i problemi sono stati tanti e, dal mio punto di vista, gravi.

Mi limito a fare un elenco delle cose negative, senza aggiungere commenti: - lenzuola con macchie (per il proprietario macchie "vecchie") - materasso con 2 macchie di...sangue? - materasso di 10 cm parecchio scomodo - cassetto nel bagno con una grossa macchia all'interno - divani con macchie (non voglio pensare cosa fossero) - salviette bagno vecchie e macchiate (macchie vecchie...?) - bagno molto piccolo, senza bidet e con un terribile odore di chiuso - doccia senza una porta...con conseguente acqua ovunque - ingresso condominio e scale fatiscenti, sporche e con moto parcheggiate - persiane tutte rotte che non si chiudono - tavolo cucina traballante (non utilizzabile) - scala che sale alla camera soppalcata con gradini molto stretti - porta d'ingresso dell'appartamento molto debole - cavi volanti qua e là Mi spiace per il gestore che è gentile, ma quanto sopra è quello che c'è, e non è accettabile.

Non lo definirei un appartamento, ma una stanza con “ingresso” adibito a angolo cottura. Il bagno è senza bidet. Le pareti sono di carta velina e si sente tutto
