"Alloggio scadente vicino al centro"

Posizione vicina al centro ma fuori dal caos.

Palazzo molto vecchio e mal tenuto, appartamento arredato e tenuto in maniera piuttosto scadente: il muro era scrostato/sporco, cavi dell'elettricità esposti, bagno privo di bidet, senza finestre, senza sistema di aereazione e senza porta (c'è una specie di separatore di plastica a libretto che si chiude male), condizionatore rumoroso e puntato dritto sul letto (difficile dormire con l'aria fredda puntata addosso ma spegnendo il condizionatore la stanza risulta molto calda), l'affaccio è su un cortile interno sporchissimo, i muri sono molto sottili.

L'emplacement à 10min à pieds de Bari Vecchia

Gros problèmes avec l'installation électrique qui est relié avec un autre appartement. Impossible de mettre la climatisation et la plaque chauffante en même temps que le voisin !! équipements (vaisselle, chaises,...) insuffisants pour 4 personnes. Passable pour 1 nuit

El apartamento está muy bien situado.

La dejadez del edificio. El apartamento estaba bien por dentro pero la portería y el balcón estaba muy dejado. En el balcón sólo había una mesa y una silla ya que dos no cabían. En principio el apartamento era un apartamento con vistas y ¡vaya vistas! El mini balcón daba a un patio interior muy sucio y descuidado.

Absence d'éclairage dans l'entrée Volets délabrés Prise courant en mauvais état La porte de douche absente Tv posé sur la table Une marche de l'escalier non fixé Absence de torchon et nombre de couverts et de verres insuffisants, liste non exhaustive ...
