MANZONI 10 APARTAMENT

Location was good. There is a public parking place in front of apartment. The apartment was clean.

Apartment is a separate part of divided flat. The staircase was in bad condition. Good for 1-2 nights not for longer stay. it is too expensive according to value.

Apartments are very close to the city center, aprox. 10-15 min by foot. It is fine for 1 night stay, small appartmnets, but enough for 2 persons. You can park your car in parking losts near apartments. Not great, not terrible.

Apartments could have refurbishment - inside doors are very old and you can hear everything. Shutters are simply damage and does not creat a nice atmosphere. Bathroom does not have a single hook for clothes or towel.

Very nice place to stay for a few days, very good location, very kind and helpful host, all we needed was available.

I would recommend paying more attention to some details- most of the towels were old and didn't look clean,there were some other things that need better maintenance.

The area is quite noisy in the evening and at night. Some of the furnishings were either not very aesthetically pleasing or were damaged. The bed had only a decorative bedspread, while the duvet was stored in a drawer and did not have a cover. To me, this gave the impression that the bed had not been properly prepared.

I had a wonderful stay at this centrally located room in Bari. The place was spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. What truly made the experience stand out was the host — incredibly kind, polite, and genuinely interested in making sure everything was perfect during my stay. He checked in to ensure I had everything I needed and made me feel truly welcome. On top of all that, the price was excellent for the quality and location offered. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting Bari — a true gem in the heart of the city!
