MANZONI 10 APARTAMENT

Standard apartment 2 is within walking distance of the city and seafront. It was clean. The host responded quickly.

The entrance to the building and the apartment require some maintenance and updating. There wasn't much storage space, and the kitchen was suitable only for making coffee. It would be good to have mosquito screens on the window. The air con only heated, not cooled. No washing machine although it was listed in the description

Love our stay there. Apartment is in a perfect location, close to the every important places in the city - train station, old town or sea side. What is important, we had there everything what we needed (there was no iron but once we asked about it, owner came with the new one). Host is super helpful and kind. Late check in is possibile, next to the apartment is a luggage storage when we could leave our stuff till our flight in the evening. Perfect!

The location couldn't have been better; it was convenient to everything I needed. The check-in process and communication with the host were flawless. The host was responsive and accommodating, making the whole experience smooth and hassle-free.

Cleanliness could be improved. There were no covers on the bedding, and I had a feeling that the cleaning was somewhat superficial. I noticed quite a bit of dust in some areas, which was a bit off-putting. Additionally, the space might not be the most comfortable for larger individuals, but that's more a limitation of the building itself rather than the apartment specifically. Overall, with a bit more attention to cleanliness, this place could be perfect.

It is close to the bus station! From the aeroport with bus 16 you arrive at 100 m from the apartament. It is clean and the host was very prompt to our request

The bed in the lower room could be more comfortable.

Clean, adequate, central location supplied extra pillows on request.

Stairs could be difficult for some people.

I was there at the low season so I could see both apartments, the bigger one (the duplex) and the smaller one. The duplex is a pure gem, really nice city style, with a separate bedroom on the second level. However, the smaller one is also nice and clean, perhaps a little quieter because it overviews the inner yard. Both apartments have balconies, and are equipped with small kitchens. The apartment is close to old town (10-15 min walk) and the station (20 min walk). The host is extremely responsive and does their best to make your stay comfortable.
