The fact that from the word go the hosts were not reachable and when eventually were contacted by Booking.com were still inhospitable. Upon arrival at the place despite the fact that they were informed of the arrival time they still did not come out to check the place and the guests had to wait for another 2 hrs to check in which was way beyond their stipulated check in time becaue the place was still being cleaned, only were able to access the place after 4pm. What is advertised as facilities, e.g. swimming pool was not accessible, locked and was dirty, excuse... it was being cleaned. This was the sole reason why the place was booked. The guests therefore could not enjoy the mentioned facilities.

No Blakents,we had to buy our own coffee and sugar,full of cockroaches and ants, after checking out the host didn’t come to check some missing items,only when we left he called us and said we stole the remote control and we had to pay for it.

Check your items while the guests still in the building

It's not clean ,showers not working no iron.No codes you get harassed by security because access is a problem. Apartment not well taken care of.

The smell ,the sofa is too dirty,bathrooms are a nightmare

Layout. Can be a great place if gets TLC

Not cleaned. Found chicken bones behind couches . We cleaned and mopped flat. Towels old and dirty . Had to buy new towels for us. Washing machine not cleaned in long time. We cleaned it.Washing line broken . We did temp fix . No bulbs in bedside lights. Only 1 2 prong plug in lounge non in rooms to plug in bedside lights . Had to buy for ourselves . Bath cracked . No braai equipment. Only 2 glasses and 2 coffee cups .
