The place had not been cleaned after a storm ( that took place a week ago) , windows in the bedroom and bathroom were cracked and glass pieces were still on the floor . Unit had 2 bathrooms, 1 of them had shower door broken and the other bathroom had cracked window , so if you taking a bath people walking by can see inside . The entrance door was hard to lock. Unit had no bin bags in the bins, no hand wash, shower gel or soap in the bathroom . Only two bath towels we provided and no hand towel . There is no private Pool , as it is malfunctioning .They provided a torch to use during load shedding , which was not charged beforehand by the host . We Informed the host about most of the issues , yet not action was taken, no cleaner was sent over , neither did the host come to resolve some basic issues .

Host was very friendly and very helpful

Room curtains too thin.
