Quiet location and not too far away from the sea. Very clear communication with a friendly letter.

Like a maze to find the static on the site.

Great little spot superb host and very very warm and tidy!!

The entertainment at the park was lovely but I wouldn't advise staying in this caravan

The caravan was absolutely disgusting I don't even know where to start it was just me and my 3 children, there is a washing machine in 1 of the cupboards in the kitchen witch is out of order but full of water and green inside, the floors are dirty, the pull out sofa bed is full of stains, the shower in the 1st bathroom looks like it's Gona fall off, the shower in the 2nd room sprays water everywhere my daughter got freezing cold water sprayed in her face while turning it on, the spare duvets are full of marks and smell funny with no spare duvet covers, the freezer is frozen over so bad you can't get into it, the dish sponge was disgusting, the radiator in the 2nd bathroom was rusty and also a soggy toilet roll in the bathroom and the bedrooms didn't feel clean at all also the oven was rotten dirty pans inside and trays with rust and burnt on food in it . it's not worth the money at all we are absolutely devastated we ended up leaving abit early as we just felt dirty from sleeping in there. I hate leaving a bad review but for the price I paid for 2 nights it wasn't worth it at all

It was close to the sea and the town centre

The areas around the homes were muddy and you brought mud and muck into the van. Needed slads or stones to the entrance of the vans.

We have had a lovely Stay at Millennium Gardens!. Very clean and Welcoming. We had fresh Towels all the bed linen and even welcome sweets and fruit for the kids!. Ideal location.

Location

1/ The caravan smelt badly of weed. 2/ The freezer was so frozen over the freezer door wouldn’t even shut from the ice build up, we called him back and he stated ‘oh sorry, it built up a few days ago, do you need it? - it wasn’t a big issue for us but good job we weren’t staying for long. 3/ All the windows in the caravan had been left open (obviously to let the smell out) so it was COLD. We went to find the heating and the boiler was not working- no heating. After a while we found it was showing a fault - luckily my husband knows about these and it was low on water so it was an easy fix but not one we should have had to have made. In the boiler cupboard was tampon and empty toilet rolls. 4/ On suite bathroom - don’t even bother trying to have a shower - more water came out of the side of the shower head over the top of the shower than into the shower, once the showering person realised what was happening it was too late- clothes soaked (ready to put on after) in the monsoon. No wonder the radiator in there is covered in rust, also retaining filth and dust, along with a non working extractor fan that’s filthy. 5/ Back in the lounge there is 2 settees and a chair - one is a bed settee- the most uncomfortable seat ever, the cushions slip backwards so you end up sitting with your legs on the frame. 6/ The cooker was Filthy!! Grease, ex residents crumbs, splatters etc along with baking pans that again had almost lost their entire non stick - but not all - bits still there, and a Pyrex dish that was absolutely disgustingly filthy. 7/The kitchen bin next to the fridge was rusty, the peddle seems to half hang off and it was just plain dirty. 8/ Ceiling lights not working, filthy (dead flies and dust). 9/ Our daughter went to bed, lay in the single bed and it collapsed, the bed broke which dumped her out of the bed head first onto the frame of the other single bed - sleepless night and a sore head!! 10/ stained bedding.

The place was filthy. The freezer was completely frozen solid. The fridge was mouldy. Neither bathroom was clean and there was an awful smell in the main bathroom. There was rubbish under the beds in the 2nd bedroom. There was an open cake left in one of the kitchen cupboards from a previous guest. No corkscrew, no sharp knife, and only 3 dinner knives. The grill pan was full of old grease. The oven trays and pans were old dirty and scratched. Completely unusable. Could not cook due to unclean kitchen and lack of basic amenities.
