Overly caravan and lovely owner Not a thing to complain about Highly recommended

We loved the area and the range of entertainment that was available on the site.

The place was filthy, the freezer was full of mould, cutlery draws and cutlery was filthy, sink disgusting and stained bedding, nothing was clean, toaster and kettle disgusting too. We’d requested a cot for our baby and it was missing the mattress, when we found it in the cluttered cupboard that too was filthy, there was exposed wires on the floor, and a random tv on the living room floor. There was dog hair everywhere so hadn’t been hoovered, the place also stunk of smoke. We couldn’t stay and had to find a hotel instead.

The owner phoned us the day before to check when we were due to arrive . I realised I had booked the wrong day. The owner was very helpful and cancelled the booking without a penalty charge. I was so grateful.

The property was in a quiet place on the site. Was very nicely presented.
