Lovely Location where we stayed in Halsetown. Close to a touring park which had a shop. They were very friendly & the shop sold everything you needed! Coop near St Ives was useful too.

We could not fault the cottage .very well appointed & spotlessly clean. Garden was small but lovely.

Fabulous stay whilst at the wedding at Carbis Bay. The cottage is very clean lovely and modern, and a great location. Would recommend. We.got the bus to St ives which we caught from the caravan park just a short walk away.

The property was absolutely perfect for us as a family of 5. It is so much more spacious than the photos and beautifully decorated. Also spotlessly clean. The kitchen and indeed the whole house has everything you could need and more. Only a 5 minute drive in to St Ives too. Parking was always available and wouldn't ever be a problem. A huge thumbs up from us.

This is a newly refurbished and well cared for property in a village 10 mins drive from St Ives. Well positioned for exploring the area without having to battle traffic and parking in St Ives itself which is a complete mare. There are 2 buses you can use to get into St Ives (from opposite the pub and also from the caravan park a 2 min walk up the road). However the buses are not very frequent and on one day stopped at 6pm, so that limited their use somewhat. We had hoped to be able to walk into St Ives, but it's too far and not able to walk on the road. Pretty steep too. So ended up using taxis (£8 one way into St Ives), which worked well. The house itself is really nicely appointed for a holiday let and much bigger than it looks from outside. Huge TV including in the bedrooms, however no access to regular terrestrial channels, only streaming services which are challenging given the wifi is really bad, so the streaming kept buffering and stopping. Really annoying and we simply gave up on a few occasions. That was the biggest complaint given the weather was pretty poor during our stay and we'd planned to chill at the house during the rain. Decent wifi is really a must for this sort of rental rate. Small garden at the back that is useful for any dogs staying. Nice touch of a bottle of fizz to enjoy on arrival.

The terrible wifi meant that we couldn't use the streaming services without massive annoyance as it kept buffering and pausing, then losing the placeholder in the programme or film being watched. No terrestrial channels meant no alternative. Parking is on the pretty narrow road right outside with big vehicles squeezing past. The road could be busy so some traffic noise for the person sleeping in the front bedroom. Some of the beds weren't very comfortable.

The property was very clean and nicely decorated/furnished. The house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
