Great cottage beautifully designed and host thought of everything for a family, from a baby to pets. Fab location, close to land marks, beach, town centre to get around. Nice helpful host who responds quickly; my family and I thoroughly enjoyed our first stay in st Ives. We look forward to coming back!

Mobile data signal was v poor but thats not reflective of the property or host it’s just the area. WiFi was good mostly a little sketchy at times

Only one bathroom

the property itself was lovely, very nice decor and spacious. The property is a period cottage with a modern interior and a nice garden. 2 good size double bedrooms and a single, well provisioned kitchen and spacious living room with a 70" tv.

the only parking is at the front of the property, on the road. Because we had to park close to the wall on the front of the property it meant I had to stop to let my partner exit the vehicle before parking and then reverse the process when leaving. The advert on booking.com states there is parking available and I think it should be made clear that this is not off road.

Was nothing to dislike

Really well presented and comfortable property. It had everything you might need while on vacation as a family. Newly refurbished and refurnished property offers a great inside and outside space (one will even find a full set BBQ outside) and is overall a great place to stay. Must note good quality mattresses and pillows for a good night sleep. The hosts are very pleasant people too. Highly recommend!

The cottage is new, spacious, well equipped, and in a very good location. It is about 6 mins drive from St Ives Centre where there is good parking at the RFC, when the long stay car park by the Tate is full. There is also a gastropub and a bus stop near the cottage.

None of the doors inside is lockable, not even the one too the bathroom, which includes the only WC in the property. The door to the second double bedroom does not even close properly and cannot be shut. WiFi in the living room is shaky which can be a problem with streaming even from the BBC iplayer on the smart TV.
