Awful!! they made me pay in advance to secure my stay and when I arrived they denied me accommodation (having paid in advance) claiming that they were full. From the outside everything looked very dirty. very unpleasant staff. I had to find another hotel to pas the nigth. we are claiming the refund of the money they charged us and they don't even answer us....
