Food was delicious, the staffs were good and helpful.

Breakfast was not value for money. No buffet breakfast.

Transport from hotel is poor.

The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with tea and coffee making facilities. The bathroom was good, with plenty of hot water. Some of the staff were helpful.

I'm afraid that this hotel really wasn't what we expected it to be. It is advertised as being in Old Goa, 1.4 km from Basilica of Bom Jesus. This might be correct, as the crow flies, but Google Maps says it is actually 4.8 km. We felt stuck in the middle of nowhere and the only way we could get into Old Goa was by taking a taxi, which was expensive, by Indian standards. There didn't seem to be any bus services passing nearby and it would have taken over an hour each way to walk. When we first arrived we were told breakfast wasn't included, despite this being on my booking confirmation. The breakfast was actually a disappointment. We weren't told what the breakfast included and were presented with two rolls and a plate of spiced chickpeas and not offered any other options. We were not told what drinks were included and so asked for two pineapple juices, but then got charged for these. We also had a message from the hotel before our arrival, saying we would need to pay a deposit before we arrived and this wasn't in the initial information. I had great difficulty in doing this because they had no way of accepting credit cards. In the end, I had to download the Fab Hotels app and was able to pay this way. It seemed to me that this hotel was more set up for business travel than leisure and I wouldn't recommend it.

The location and the breakfast was the only thing which was good about this hotel.

- The staff was not properly trained to run a hotel. - The bathroom didn't have proper toiletries. - The AC in the room was leaking continuously. - The Staff was least bothered for Room service. They took almost 20 minutes to get a spoon. - They have made a room as a storage area. Hence there was a lot of noice at night. The staff used to talk loudly sitting near the storage area at midnight.

Location

1 Rundown rooms and building 2. Not very clean and hygienic 3. Bad linen. Did not seem fresh. 4. No TV channels 5. Car parking outside the hotel, unsafe.

The hotel does not offer good value for money. From the manager to the bellboy, only one person manages everything, often lacking manners, and frequently, he is out of the desk for some work.

There was no hot water in the bathroom and arranged to get it done from the kitchen. The tape was also broken. on request also he didn't change my room.
