Location on the Gloucester Road close to Seat Unique stadium and shops

The location of the flat is great with shops and cafés nearby as well as a bus stop just outside the front door. The lounge/dining room is pleasant with French doors leading to a paved area and a private parking area. Both bedrooms are comfortable.

The kitchen and bathroom are functional but in need of some improvement. The folding toilet/bathroom door didn't lock properly as the hook was broken. The kitchen had basic equipment but a greater amount of cutlery would be a good idea.

La ubicación es buena.

Lo peor ha sido que en la casa entraban babosas por la noche y hasta las hemos encontrado en la cama. Realmente desagradable. Todas las noches igual. En otra habitación había bichos bola. Un horror. Nunca hemos vivido peor experiencia en una casa de alquiler. Como la campaña extractora no funciona, si cocinas salta la alarma de incendios. Poco equipada, una sola cuchara sopera, ni un mechero para encender la cocina, y en general malas condiciones: el suelo estaba inclinado y se movía, el baño pequeñísimo y la bañera goteaba en el suelo. Creo que no se debería permitir alquilar una casa en estas condiciones. En las fotos solo ves que está bien decorado. Tampoco hay armarios. Han puesto dos barras de colgar y ni un armario o cajonera. Siento mucho escribir esta reseña pero es la realidad.

Location was central. Bedrooms were on either side of flat providing privacy. It was spacious for a two bedroom flat. It had pleasing modern decor.

Although this was resolved quickly and pleasantly, the flat had not been cleaned or bedding and towels changed. The bathroom opened onto kitchen with folding doors and the lock was broken . Recycling and rubbish left outside and garden space unkempt.

Clean, they have almost everything in there, kitchen, nice living room , washing machine, oven . Comfortable bed, perfect location. Easy access to eateries, pubs, grocery shop

The driveway to the carpark was very challenging to drive in
