Had to leave early not up to standard
GBThe location was excellent and convenient. The kitchen and sitting room were very nice and met our requirements.
The stairs are very steep and slippery and there is not a bannister rail all the way up. If an older person or a child needed the toilet in the night, the bathroom being downstairs and the steepness of the stairs was potentially quite dangerous. The back, double bedroom is really very small for moving round in. Fortunately, it ended up with only two adults using the house, which was quite comfortable - it could have been very crowded upstairs with a whole family.

No enough lounge seating. Mildew in cupboard in bunk beds room. No welcome pack i.e.milk etc Double bed propped up on books.

Not told about the steps. No handrail to top of the stairs. Didn't appreciate having to dry the sheets and towels that were left in washing machine. When we tried to inform the office we were told it wasn't their job.

Parking was difficult, West Lane had more and steeper steps then we had expected. The stairs in the cottage are very steep and there is no handrail at the top. The bathroom was downstairs. Main bedroom floor had a protruding 'staple' just inside the door. It was very painful standing on it in bare feet. It needs hammering. Grey bags for refuse collection and recycling bags were absent

Lack of appropriatie seating, only one very very uncomfortable two seater settee. Inside the cottage was very cold on arrival. Bathroom so cold, made washing/showering unpleasant. Glad we had only booked for three nights.

Very poor the property slept 8 but in living area only 3 seater sofa and one other chair no microwave only one of the shower doors opened so I couldn’t get in shower cheap set of plastic stacking tables in lounge very poor very old and small television upstairs bedroom was on the slant felt like you was falling out of bed stairs were treacherous very steep and slippery overall was very disappointing only stayed one night out of the three.
