What was'nt to like!!! Such a warm genuine welcome...and the most delicious and quirky breakfast ever......The list could go on and on ..... Absolutely no hesitation in recomending...and we most certainly will return in future.....

....our room at top of house...stunning.....but makesure if you book this room your happy climbing stairs...might not be sutable foreveryone

The owner was very nice welcoming and helpful. Location was very accessible to restaurants and the sea front. Breakfast was delicious. Loved it and would definitely stay again.

Excellent location, ample parking, small store, town centre and park (Fab views and dog walkers/joggers paradise) in 5min walking distance. Very stylish interior, and great breakfast too. The hosts are super friendly and real animal lovers. We've been offered leaving the car in their car park after checkout but bad weather crossed our plans. Would definitely return at a later time. If you are reading this don't look any further you have found the best place in town.

Could do with less steps/stairs but it's a hillside place and no drama at all.

Great hosts, everything about the stay at B's was just perfect. Clean & very comfortable room at the top of the house with a fabulous view of the beach & pier. Plenty of tea & Coffee in the room( more available if needed) chocolates in the room on arrival was a nice touch. Very Comfy bed, great Shower and plenty of soft towels. Just a Short walk to the harbour and other Paignton locations. Loved the breakfast basket which is delivered to the room every morning. Will definitely be going back

Loved it! Quirky room at the top of the house with a beautiful view of the bay. The hosts were lovely and breakfast was delicious. Parking and a short walk to the harbour and beach. We'll be back, thank you :)

Love the bed amazingly comfortable and the breakfast to your room is wonderful. Shower very hot and lovely fluffy towels

Maybe need a larger bin in the room. We always accumulate a lot of rubbish

I had a box of maltesers in my room on arrival. The tea, coffee, hot chocolate and biscuits were much appreciated. I had a breakfast table and chairs. The continental style breakfast delivered to outside my door. There was no pressure on when I had this. There was no pressure to get out during the day so someone could and clean the room. It's in a family run home, so it was like being part of the family staying there.

I didn't mention it, but the travel kettle was a slow boiling one and didn't turn itself off.
